For our IT Technical Services & Logistics Team, this is business as usual. So don't leave your IT staff to their own devices; use our delivery and installation service. If you require additional accessories during installation, such as sockets, power or network cables, screen posts or supports, these can be provided immediately. This allows your IT staff to focus on their core tasks.

When to choose our delivery and installation services?

The delivery and installation of IT equipment requires a great deal of planning and organisation.

Thanks to our holistic approach, you only need to use one partner for storage and configuration to installation. We even remove discarded equipment and packaging waste if required. This makes coordination much more streamlined. And even better, we take care of both the coordination and the implementation.

Delivery and installation includes:

  • Environmentally-responsible packaging - We tailor the packaging of the devices and their accessories to the user's needs. We always look for the most ecological materials. The equipment can also be delivered unpacked. Our disposal of the packaging material is carbon neutral.
  • Installation in the office or at home - No matter where you are located, we assemble, disassemble and install cables wherever you want. Our IT Logistics Handlers live in every corner of the country, which makes us very flexible.
  • Exchange and return - Do you have a damaged device? We quickly deliver a new device to your office or your staff working from home. Used devices can be recycled, refurbished, sold or donated to charity via Data Clean. Important data can be destroyed for security reasons using various methods. Data destruction is certified.

You will receive a quotation with a detailed activity, overview of equipment to be delivered and/or installed, cost price per equipment or per project.

Delivery & Installation

The overview of equipment to be delivered/installed is made available to all parties involved via Sharepoint. Our Project Manager contacts the employees/responsible persons at the locations of installation, coordinates delivery and installation of the IT devices concerned at the specified locations. Your employee receiver signs for receipt and possibly our IT Logistic Handler provides on-site cabling, connection and/or instructions for the employee.

Waste & Recycling

If old equipment has to be taken back, it will be recorded on the installation work sheet. We are experienced in waste and data disposal, and we recycle and refurbish equipment in accordance with high environmental standards.

Is everyone satisfied? Via SharePoint, you have instant access to the overview that also serves as a report. Lessons learned are discussed together and shared with our IT Logistic Team.
